This study aims at figuring out the lacuna existing between Indian University standards and industrial standards in biosciences industry, which leads to lack of employment in biosciences industry for the students in Tamilnadu and finding the maximum possible solutions for the same. Also, this study investigates the ways to enrich the employability skills of Biosciences industry in Tamilnadu from HR perception. This study adopted survey research method using questionnaire to describe the graduate�s perceptions of the importance of the employability skills needed for the workforce, to identify the contributions of on campus, off campus, and academic programs in enhancing graduates� employability skills, to assess supervisor�s perceptions of the importance of the employability skills needed by graduates to be successful in the workforce, to prioritize the employability skills, according to supervisor�s, in need of curriculum enhancement using the Borich needs assessment mode. The results showed the various factors involved in graduate�s perception and supervisor�s perception. It also showed the existing lacunas and the possible ways to enrich the employability skills.
